Suicide awareness within faith communities is critical for providing support, hope, and resources to those in need. Soul Shop is a training specific for faith communities to help start the conversation about suicidal desperation, respond with support and help facilitate connections to maintain safety. Swim, bike and run to complete the first ever Andreasen Indoor Triathlon! Not sure you can tackle all three challenges? No problem! Compete with a team of 2-3 individuals. All racers will receive a t-shirt and participation medal, with top finishers receiving special awards.
When signing up as a team, use Discount Code ACWTRITEAM23 for each team member to receive 20% off of the individual rate. Do NOT use this code if you are racing as an individual. Individuals who use this code will be refunded and recharged.
This is a timed event. Racers will be given 10 minutes in the pool, 20 minutes on a stationary bike, and 15 minutes on a treadmill to accumulate the greatest distance, with 10-minute transitions.

Sleep Month Challenge - March 2025
Practice sleep-promoting habits to receive a sleep-themed goodie bag and be entered to win a Purple Pillow.
In a Pickle 5K: Run, walk or volunteer at the 4th annual "In a Pickle 5K" on Father's Day, June 15, 2025 at 9 a.m. The race will begin and end at the Andreasen Center for Wellness (ACW). All participants will receive a t-shirt and custom medal, not to mention a post-race pickle (obviously). Sign up coming soon! Email rachelkeele@andrews.edu to volunteer. Volunteers will also receive a free t-shirt.
Gardening Get-Togethers: Join the AU Wellness Ambassadors as we beautify outdoor areas on campus. We will meet from 11:30-1:30 p.m. (2025 dates and locations TBD). Those who attend at least one get-together will be invited to an end of summer luncheon. Please watch for more details!
Berrien Springs Pickle Festival: No one does the 4th of July like Berrien Springs! Experience small-town celebration at it’s finest with games, vendors, a pickle “tasting room” and more fun for the whole family.
Andreasen Center Classes: While our summer schedule is a bit lighter, there are still great opportunities for social fitness at the ACW. If “big” classes scare you, this is quieter time of year is perfect to try something new, like Spin, Kickboxing, Soar Bungee Fitness and more.
