The School of Education's Department of Leadership has hosted an annual Leadership Conference on Andrews Campus in July for the past 3 years. The conference is an outgrowth of the Annual Roundtable Conference attended by Leadership students since the 1990s and features papers and presentations by world-class leaders and scholars. The presentations take the form of case studies, conversations with an author, debates, panel discussions, papers, posters, presentations, and workshops.
Featured speakers have included Daniel Goleman, author of Emotional Intelligence, Richard Blackaby, co-author of Spiritual Leadership, broadcast journalist Soledad O'Brien, and Marshall Goldsmith, author of What Got You Here Won’t Get You There.
