Program Highlights

  • BS to DScOT – typically completed by full time students in 4 years or 6-years for part-time.
  • MS to DScOT – typically completed by full time students in 4 years or 6-years for part-time.
  • OTD to DScOT – typically completed by full time students in 3 years or 5-years for part-time.
  • Clinically focused advanced degree
  • Interprofessional collaboration with well-established DScPT program
  • Prepares the student to teach in higher education

Requirements

  • Graduated from an ACOTE or WFOT accredited program with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
  • Hold a current U.S. Occupational Therapy license.
  • Have at least 2 years' full-time equivalent experience as an Occupational Therapist.
  • 3 recommendation letters detailing your teamwork, leadership, and ability for doctoral work. One should come from an active Occupational Therapist.
  • Submit a current Curriculum Vitae
  • Submit a personal statement outline academic and professional goals
  • Provide original copy of all academic transcripts
  • Provide copies of your Occupational Therapist license
  • If your education was not in English, a TOEFL score of 80 or an IELTS score of 6.5 is required.
