More Than The Gap by Heather L. Macyauski
Discussion on gender inequality is often limited to the existence of a pay gap, leaving other situations unspoken. I utilize graphic design to increase awareness of, and provide actionable solutions for, workplace inequalities that women currently face. Statistics are paired with anonymous accounts from Michigan women that I have personally interviewed to confirm the problem’s immediacy. The visual style is colorful and modern, with an emphasis on typography, organization, and hierarchy.
