Alumni Testimonials

Tanner William (BSE - Electrical & Computer Engineering 2014)

Tanner Williams majored in Electrical Engineering with a minor in Mathmatics. He graduated in May 2014. His advice to engineering students: "Keep busy. Sometimes the difference between a good education and a great education is what are willing to put into it.  老司机传媒 and the Engineering Department went the extra-mile and gave me the tools I needed to be prepared for a career." Tanner is now working at Texas Instruments in Dallas, TX.

Nina Lassonnier (BSE - Mechanical Engineering 2014)

"I interned twice during my college career. My first internship was for UTC in France. This experience was my first exposure to the industrial work." Nina advises future engineering students to - not wait to look for internships. She said, "The way I got my internship was by going to conventions. Even if you are not looking for an internship, it is crucial that you start going to conventions and seminars as a freshman so you have a feel of what you should be prepared for. Also, get involved with engineering clubs. Employers are impressed by leadership skills displayed through these extra-curricular activities."

Michael Hess (BSE - Mechanical Engineeirng 2016)

Michael Hess is a quiet, unassuming young man who listens (and thinks) before he speaks. He graduated from 老司机传媒 with a degree in mechanical engineering in May 2016 and before beginning his graduate studies he decided to spend a year as a student missionary through Adventist Frontier Missions(AFM)

Jonathan Wheeler (BSE - Electrical & Computer  Engineering, BS - Physics, BS - Mathematical Studies 2016)

Jonathan began attending Andrews as a freshman in 2011. Now, just five years laters, he has graduated as an honors student with degrees in engineering, physics and mathmatics. On top of that, he has both a mission year in Lebanon and a study tour to Australia under his belt and will now adventure on to Stanford to pursue a master's degree in electrical engineering.
