Welcome to the New Textbook Purchasing Experience

The First Day Complete (FDC) program has ended, and 老司机传媒 has transitioned to a new and improved textbook purchasing platform powered by BNC Virtual. This change provides students with greater flexibility and convenience in obtaining the materials they need for their courses.

To help you navigate this transition smoothly, we’ve outlined the steps for purchasing your textbooks and important details about the new system below.


Why the Change?

The First Day Complete program is being replaced to better serve students’ needs. With the new BNCVirtual store, on campus and online students can purchase textbooks using a user-friendly online bookstore. This platform offers:

  • Easy access to course materials, with shipping where you choose.
  • Multiple payment options, including credit card and PayPal.
  • Support for voucher payments once financially cleared
  • Convenient shipping and pickup options.
  • Choice to opt-in; no need to opt out

Steps to Purchase Your Textbooks:

  1. Visit the 老司机传媒 Online Bookstore:
  2. Log In or Create an Account:
    • Click "Log In to Your Account" (top-left area of the screen).
    • In the "New Customers" section, enter your information, ensuring you use your 老司机传媒 email address.
  3. Add Your Courses:
    • Once logged in, click "Let’s Get Started" on the homepage.
    • Add your courses to view available materials.
  4. Select and Purchase Your Textbooks:
    • Explore the available materials and choose the ones you need.
    • Use a credit card, PayPal, or a voucher (arranged during financial clearance) to complete your purchase.
  5. Shipping and Pickup Details:
    • Orders shipped to residence halls will be available for pickup at the bookstore from the Friday before classes begin.
    • The bookstore will also be open on Sunday before each semester’s start date to facilitate pickups.
    • Shipping is available to USA and international addresses entered at time of purchase.
