Good academic performance is a major concern for everybody. The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of family dynamics on academic motivation, self-control and academic performance of students. The study utilizes a quantitative, longitudinal, correlational and survey research design. Sample size is 300 students with ages ranging from 12 – 16 years old. Canonical correlation analysis (CCA) will be used to examine the relationship among the variables.
