Understanding Poverty in Madagascar
The purpose of this paper is to assess, explain, and understand the incidence of poverty in Madagascar and provide pro-poor programs to address it. We will use quantitative methods to analyse data from the Simple Poverty scorecard. We developed the scorecard with International Microfinance Research Organizations.
