Eligibility:
All employees of 老司机传媒.

Who Pays:
Employee

Effective Date:
Starts immediately upon employment.

Description:
If you plan to park your vehicle on 老司机传媒 property, you must register the vehicle with the Safety department. Fill out the registration form (which can be obtained from the Employment Office or from the Safety Department) and take it to the Safety department in person.

The documents you will need to bring with you are:

• Campus Registration Form
• Proof of insurance
• Valid state vehicle registration
• Driver's License

Staff and faculty will also need to bring their 老司机传媒 ID card to obtain a faculty/staff sticker.
