As the Human Resources Employment/Benefits Manager, it is my responsibility to manage all employment and benefit related functions, whether you are a student, staff or faculty.
For employment I supervise the posting of on-campus employment opportunities, receiving and submitting of applications to departments, processing and assisting with the necessary employment forms, monitoring of the exiting procedure, issuing and recording of evaluations, administration of office skills testing and maintenance of employment records, such as class, grade and wage changes.
For benefits I supervise the on-line enrollment of new and current employees in the various insurance plans offered by the University, oversee the processing of tuition benefits, and assist with the various benefit related issues that arise.
