What is the cost of DNP Family Nurse Practitioner and Nurse Educator programs at 老司机传媒?

Andrews offers a 50% discount on online graduate tuition for all admitted DNP students. The current rate is reflected on the site below.

Are there any additional costs? 

Students will be charged clinical fees for clinical courses, books are an investment, fees for clinical onboarding prior to clinicals are the major fees.

What is the number of credits required to complete the program? 
  • The BSN-DNP student will take 65 credits (approx.4 years)
  • The MSN-DNP student will take 56 credits (approx.4 years)
  • The APRN-DNP student will take 40 credits  (approx.. 2.5 years)  
What are the admission requirements for the DNP Program? 

Admission requirements include the following:

  • Minimal overall GPA of 3.25 in the last degree program in nursing (transcript required) 
  • Pre-requisite course for admission: undergraduate statistic course with a B or better grade on your transcript.  
  • Two letters of recommendation from supervisors, professors, or those with doctoral degree.  
  • One personal statement essay of at least 500 words that clearly states which track you are interested in (nurse practitioner or nurse educator) and how this role and doctoral degree will assist you to reach your goals. Also, what scholarly project interest might you consider studying?
  • Current license to practice nursing

When can I apply? 
Cohorts begin in the Fall semester—apply Sept.-July in the year prior to attending on a rolling admission basis until seats are filled.  Current application deadline found on main program page www.andrews.edu/chhs/nursing.
