GRADUATE LEADERSHIP CERTIFICATE (Standard)
The Graduate Leadership Certificate provides an opportunity for professionals from different fields and disciplines to develop and demonstrate competency in the following areas: leadership and the self, leadership with others, leadership in organizations and leadership in the global environment. Participants develop their own curriculum guided by a faculty advisor. The program requires 12 credits.

NEW: CERTIFICATE IN GLOBAL LEADERSHIP
(Starts in October 2021)
is a new focus area of the Graduate Leadership Certificate. This certificate offers 5 seven-week seminars (2 credits each) to be completed in five semesters. It is taught by four experienced faculty from four different continents. Each of them is passionate about equipping leaders in the marketplace with the conceptual, practical and spiritual tools to make a difference in every-day encounters. Participants develop a personal World Changer project (2 credits). This option also earns 12 credits.

How to get into the Global Leadership Certificate focus?
To get into the Global Leadership seminars is a two-step process: (1) Apply for the Graduate Leadership Certificate. (2) Once admitted into the program, you will be assigned an advisor and you register for the new Global Leadership Certificate courses.
