Both rooms are upstairs and require the same gender (if a woman rents one room, the other room must also be rented by a woman. Likewise with men). Upstairs is comprised of the two small rooms across from each other and nothing else.</p> <p> Must be okay with co-ed - currently one couple renting a single room with cat and dog, and a young man renting another room.
