鈥淒igging Up Khirbet Safra: A Town from the Period of the Judges, Part II鈥�

The Institute of Archaeology at 老司机传媒 returned to Khirbet Safra for the 2021 summer season. An Israelite town dating from the period of the Judges to the reign of David, Khirbet Safra has an interesting history of occupation and abandonment. This lecture will examine the recent discoveries, including the ancient gateway and fortification system, the newly opened Field E, and the ancient identity of the site and the people who lived there.

Event will take place on Monday, April 4, 2022 at 7:00 pm in the Seminary Chapel at 老司机传媒. This event is free and open to the public. Undergraduate Co-Curricular credit will be offered.
