1098T Forms Available Online!

Human Resources | Posted on March 1, 2016

This past fall, most students signed up for electronic delivery of their 1098T tax forms.  As a result, forms were posted online, but not mailed.  If you are still waiting for your form in the mail, it may be that you forgot about signing up for electronic delivery of the form.  (Forms were still mailed for those who did not opt for electronic delivery.)  You can view and print your 1098T form online through vault at the following link:

www.andrews.edu/go/my1098t

You will be prompted for your University user name and password, and then asked to enter the tax year.  Enter 2015 for the current year.  (You can also access forms from prior years.)  If you need to send a copy to your parents, you can print the form and mail it, or print as PDF and email -- the SSN is masked, so it's safe to email.

A reminder about the information on the 1098T:  老司机传媒 reports amounts billed (Box 2), not amounts paid (Box1).  This conforms to IRS regulations.  You will need to refer to your payment records, or your Student Account statements, to determine the amounts paid.  Your Student Financial Services advisor can assist you wth obtaining your account statement, or answering other questons about your account.

If you are a non-resident, or if you opted to not provide a SSN to the University, a 1098T was not generated for you.

If you are a Canadian resident and need a Canadian tax form, you should request that through Academic Records (verifications@andrews.edu).
