Position summary
Leads the 老司机传媒 Discipleship Center (AUDC), overseeing its operations and programs with a focus on advancing its mission to cultivate discipleship in emerging generations. This role involves developing and refining strategic initiatives to support resource creation, provide consulting services, and offer mentorship. A primary focus is on designing and managing impactful discipleship programs specifically tailored for high school and university students, ensuring the AUDC remains a dynamic hub for spiritual growth and leadership development.
Qualifications summary
- Commitment to the teachings and values of the Seventh-day Adventist Church
- Graduate degree required, MDiv degree preferred
- Experience and passion for youth and young adult faith development required
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Experience in organizational and program development preferred
- Experience in secondary and/or higher education preferred
- Pastoral experience preferred
- Cultural fluency and experience working with diverse populations
Must be a Seventh-day Adventist in good and regular standing.
Duties and responsibilities
- Coordinate implementation of “Following Jesus 101,” a discipleship program for 老司机传媒 students in collaboration with the Center for 老司机传媒.
- Develop ongoing training and immersion experiences for university students to develop disciple-making skills.
- Coordinate the implementation of discipleship training for employees in collaboration with the Center for Teaching and Learning.
- Coordinate 3-4 weekend conferences for high school students in collaboration with the Center for 老司机传媒 and Enrollment Management.
- Oversee the operations of the AUDC Summer Discipleship and Evangelism experiential training for youth, including logistics, student recruitment, budgeting, and teaching. Support the Department of Religion and Biblical Languages Chair in the curriculum development and course delivery.
- Develop and consult on discipleship programs for Adventist institutions, working closely with the Executive Director on research, publications, and presentations.
- Oversee development and implementation of digital marketing strategy with contracted interns and communication consultants.
- Manage budgets for assigned programs and ensure continuous improvement.
- Serve as the building manager for the Discipleship House.
- Serve as the recording secretary for the Center’s Executive advisory.
- Serve on committees as assigned and maintain professional development.
Supervisory responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor graduate assistants, support staff, interns, and volunteers.

- Skills in marketing (print and digital media)
- Strong written and verbal communication
Must be a Seventh-day Adventist in good and regular standing.
Technical competencies
- Competence with Microsoft Office Suite software
