Position summary
Provide support to the Off-site Clinical Director.
Qualifications summary
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and have strong interpersonal communication skills. They are to be dependable, and comfortable with multi-tasking and prioritizing. They will need to have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe, and database-type applications.
Duties and responsibilities
- Assist the off-site clinical director in communication with administrative and clinical site personnel, as well as graduate students.
- Review and monitor completion of academic requirements, including but not limited to monitoring student clinical log hours regularly.
- Monitor accreditation requirements as needed.
- Assist with data collection for off-site placements for reporting and analysis.
- Assists the off-site clinical director in cultivating and monitoring current and potential internship sites.
- Assist in facilitating and organizing events as needed pertaining to off-site clinic.
- Manage and organize contracts as needed under the direction of the off-site clinical director.

Qualifications
- Must be a graduate student at ÀÏ˾»ú´«Ã½.
- Ability to multi-task with frequent interruptions and attention to detail.
- Able to work as a team member and respect the scheduled work hours.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, able to focus and learn quickly.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Adobe, and other technology.
- Prefer availability for 2 academic years.

- Able to comfortably communicate with staff, faculty, students, students' families, and outside supervisors and entities.
- Must be comfortable communicating via email.
- Must be comfortable making and receiving phone calls, back-to-back.

Occasionally assist with items that weigh up to 25lbs.
Work environment
Shared office space within the School of Communication Sciences & Disorders department.
