Position summary

The Department of Medical Laboratory Sciences at 老司机传媒 is seeking a highly skilled and innovative individual for a full-time (12-month) tenure track Medical Laboratory Science (MLS) faculty to teach in a NAACLS accredited MLS Program. The applicant should possess skills to effectively teach university courses for MLS students and participate in appropriate scholarly and service activities consistent with the vision, mission, and philosophy of the Department of Medical Laboratory Sciences. The candidate should demonstrate competence in both didactic and clinical education as well as curriculum development.

Duties and responsibilities

A full-time (12-month) tenure track Medical Laboratory Science (MLS) faculty to teach in the NAACLS accredited MLS Program with skills and innovation required to effectively teach university courses for MLS students and participate in appropriate scholarly and service activities consistent with the vision, mission, and philosophy of the Department of Medical Laboratory Sciences and 老司机传媒. Eligible candidates should have a minimum of three years of generalist clinical experience with a preferred emphasis on immunology/immunohematology (blood bank/transfusion medicine). Ideal candidates should demonstrate competence in both didactic and clinical education and the ability to deliver MLS curriculum both in the traditional classroom setting and online.
