Andrews Academy has always supported a concert band, though it has grown quite a bit over the years. Today the band has around 60 members and practices four days a week. Several years ago, they won First Division in the distinguished Msboa District 6 Band & Orchestra Festival. They've taken several trips to perform in Washington, D.C., as well as tours to Pennslyvania, Ohio, and Wisconsin.
2018-19 PERFORMANCE SCHEDULE
In addition to performing in local area churches and at school performances such as Feast of Lights and the Spring Concert, the band will have a Spring Concert on Thursday, May 9, at 7 PM, at the Howard Performing Arts Center.
